Summary: The hotel was decent. The breakfast was good, especially for being 'free'! The room was quite warm though and barely cooled down even with turning the thermostat down to 65degrees. There was also a hair in the bathroom sink and the window in the room was fogged up and needing replaced. Lastly, the fridge was a mini-minifridge so maybe don't take your leftovers to the room. In general though, the room had pleasant finishes.

Summary: Best staff at a hotel I have stayed at! We were greeted everyday with a friendly comment and even got my boys (and basketball team) breakfast after we got back after breakfast was closed.

Summary: I like this hotel for its location and its cleanliness, the staff are friendly, and the B/fast had some good options, the pool was clean and so was the hot tub, the Gym is clean and has a good space with decent equipment for a full body workout......just a point of correction not complaining, as we stayed for 4 Nights in room # 330 Non smoking floor but the floor was smelling of weed, however I spoke to the front desk and a kind man took care of the smell...upon entering our room the beds were not made the sheets on one side of the queen bed was stained and there was KFC chicken in the mini fridge from the previous guest ......if you need Housekeeping to do your room please contact the front desk, don't assume your room will be done .......however its a fine hotel and I will go back again someday soon

Summary: Staff was friendly, the hot water isn’t great. More like warm water. Bathroom fan almost none existent and the HVAC system didn’t work great. Continental breakfast was not great.

Summary: Room was nice & beds were comfortable. Those were the most important things. However, upon check-in/check-out both staff members were not friendly at all. The evening clerk was extremely unkempt. Gave zero instructions. Pool was cold. Hot tub was Luke warm & over chlorinated with the jets/timer being stuck on. We have plans of staying here agin in October with a different group & I’ve already said we need to change hotels. It was dirty pretty much everywhere you looked. The couple checking in before me had ended up finally getting a good enough room after the 3rd try. 1st was too hot & heater stuck on, 2nd wasn’t cleaned & the door jamb was broken. This hotel needs help.
